- Carnaval (21/02 a 24/02) -Cancellations should be made 7 days prior to check in.
- Easter Week (08/04 a 12/04) - Cancellations should be done 3 days prior to chek in.
- Tiradentes (18/04 a 21/04) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.
- Dia do Trabalhador (01/05 a 03/05) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.
- Congresso de Cardiologia (23/05 a 25/05) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.
- CORPUS CHRISTI (11/06 a 13/06) - Cancellation should be made 3 days prior to check in.
- Dia de la Bandera Nacional (16/06 a 15/06) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.
- Aniverário «Muerte del Gral San Martin» (14/08 a 16/08) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.

- Jornada Odontologica (31/10 a 7/10) - Cancellation should be done 3 days prior to check in.
- Congresso Muncial de Alegia - Cancellation should be done 7 days prior to check in.
- Chistmas and New Year (24/12 a 31/12) - Cancellations should be done 7 days prior to check in.
Shouldn't these periods be respected the hotel reserves the right to charge the TOTAL AMOUNT OF RESERVATION.

- Jornada Odontologica : 5 NIGHTS
- Congesso de Organização Mundial de Alergia : 6 NIGHTS.
Rooms with kitchen are possible but upon request.
