A fabulous apartment recently reformed using the highest quality materials, Catalans II is very well located in the historic centre of Valencia, (Barrio del Carmen) and only a short distance from the main attractions that this area has to offer, like the Plaza de la Reina, the Cathedral, the Torres de Serrano, La Lonja and the Central Market. The apartment has been decorated in an avant-garde style.
The first room you encounter apon entering is the spacious living/dining room. Behind a large Cristal door that reaches up to the ceiling you will find the large kitchen, completely equipped for 6 people to cook.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom is accessed via some darker cristal doors. Here you will find a large double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
The apartment has 2 further bedrooms with double beds, situated at the end of the living room, behind a changing area. The apartment has 2 more bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi, the other with a shower. The wardrobes are large.
The whole building has been recently reformed, with a restaurant on the ground floor and close at hand there are many other facilities. As the street is pedestrian you won’t have problems with traffic noise. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a lift.

Cancellation fee
Once the reservation is made:25% of the reservation will charged for cancellation of the reservation.
Between 1 week and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the reservation will be charged.
Less than 1 week before arrival: 100% of the reservation will be charged.

No show fee
100% of the reservation will be charged.

Obligatory supplements
100% of the reservation fee will be charged to your credit card when the reservation is confirmed.
One off cleaning fee of 60€ and returnable deposit of 400€ payable on arrival in cash.
Breakfast service is not available.
RESERVATION REQUIRES CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL. MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS, 5 NIGHTS DURING THE PERIODS 5-8 FEB 2008 AND 14-20 MAR 2008.
