- Should the guest cancel the reservation within seven days prior to the arrival date, the Hotel also reserves the right to charge the guest the equivalent of a one night stay;
- Should the guest cancel the reservation more than seven days prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will return the deposit or, should the guest wish, the Hotel can keep the deposit for a future reservation;
- This policy is only applicable if we are unable to re-sell your reserved accommodation.
