Hotel Galomar lies directly on the coast overlooking our own private bay. Although it is only 12 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital Funchal, the hotel is favourably situated amongst greenery and the area is generally peaceful.
Galo Resort Galomar Hotel is 8 km drive from the airport. To reach our hotel you should take the high-way in direction to Funchal until you find a sign indicating «Caniço de Baixo», which is your way out, then turn to the left hand-side. Once you are in Caniço de Baixo you will see a sign indicating «Galo Resort Galomar Hotel». After following this indication you will find another sign indicating «Hotéis» and after this one you will see another indicating «Galo Resort Hotel Galomar». Our hotel is on the right hand side.
