Located in Praia da Rocha at about 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. These establishment was opened in 2008, all equiped, spacious, modern T1 and T2 apartment.
The Vista Marina Apartments are very well situated and offer you outdoor swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, sitting area with game room and reading area, coffee shop.
Our reception is open daily from 08h00 to 24h00.

Baby cots are avaible and free of charge but only if the number of persons does not exced the capacity of the apartment, otherwise a fee of 5.00 Euros per night will be charged and will have to paid directly at the apartments.

Cancellation fee
Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival date, no penalty will be applied.
Should cancellations occur with less then 14 days of arrival date 25% of total the reservation will be charged.
If cancellation are made with less than 7 days of arrival date, 50% of the total of the reservation will be charged.

No show fee
Should NO SHOW occur the total amount of reservation will be charged.
