Cancellation fee
Cancelation Policy :
- 15 days prior to arrival date otherwise the total amount of reservation will be charged.
- 5 days prior to arrival date in low season, otherwise the total amount of reservation will be charged.
Cancellation Policy for Special Seasons:
- New Year : 30 days prior to arrival date (a deposit of 50% will be required with confirmation of booking and the remaining payment 30 days prior to check in date). after this period the total amount will be charged.
Christmas : Up to 15 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the total amount of reservation will be charged.

No show fee
The total amount of reservation will be charged if client is considered No Show.

Obligatory supplements
We do not charge service taxes.
The published rates cannot be applicable for National Holidays, Congresses and long weekends.
The following rates will be applied in New Year and a Minimum of 5 nights is MANDATORY:
