Cancellation fee
Cancellation are possible if done with 48hrs prior to arrival date (deposit will be refundable) but 12% of this deposit will be withdrawn to cover administrative expenses.
Cancellations done on the very same day of arrival date, 1 night will be charged ( refunding any aditional nights should there be any).

The deposit will not be refundable.
