Since January 2007 our hotel is open to the public. Our bed & breakfast hotel is situated in a brand new building, which contains 21 rooms, and that offers you all of the modern comforts. On our terrace the panoramic view and the fresh sea breeze provide the right settings to enjoy the excellent view of the beaches of Sao Vicente, the rising of the sun and the beautiful sunset over the city of Mindelo. 2 to 12 year of age 1000$ per day including breakfast.
From 12 years of age 1500$ breakfast also included.

Cancellation fee
Cancellation will have to be made 24hrs prior to check in date.
We will charge 50% of the total amount of reservation should cancellation be done after the above mentioned period.

No show fee
In caso of No-Show 1 night will be charged.
